I bought this for my son. The second time he used it at school it wouldn't unlock. We (including a teacher and maintenance worker) tried everything. We had to use bolt cutters. Not happy with how quickly it broke. Waste of money and time trying to get the bike unlocked.

The mechanism on the first didn't work. First it wouldn't open. Then iboiled it. Then it wouldn't close! I love Knog stuff, but lemme give it a 2nd try.

Looks to be good quality but came w/no instructions. How is one to use it when there is no instructions on how to set the combination?

The lock mechanism does not work seamlessly.
