The book is detail with all essential information related to knife fighting skill including the target, knife angle, alert sense development, fighting strategy, practice plan. It is good because it is part of best seller book written by Sammy named Knife Fighting Step by Step. If you already have this book, there is no need to buy the targeting one since the information is the same. If you like to have more information of targeting, footwork, knife maneuver, you can buy the book Knife fighting practice course by Michael Janich instead. You can see that both these authors share the same concept of practical knife fighting. Sammy give you more in depth of the practice plan, excercise, stategy to perfect your knife skill. Michael Janich will give you more idea of knife target, knife skill, knife fight situation, defensive strategy. If you are a beginner and interested in knife skill, you should buy both of the book from these authors and you will not regret it.

THIS BOOK IS THE BOMB, I USED THE TECHNIQUES TAUGHT IN THIS BOOK AND WAS FOUND GUILTY OF MURDER AND SERVING 25 YEARS FOR IT, THE BOOK WORKED FOR ITS PURPOSES BUT BE WARNED!

this is almost the same book as the knife fighting book don't bother if you bought the that! only buy one or the other as the fighting books good one ! as stated there is no extra info on targets as I bought both I am a bit pist as i have ended up with a duplicate !
