¿El mejor tipo de agua para usar?
Recomendamos encarecidamente utilizar agua destilada o desmineralizada con Ice Maker. Es beneficioso prolongar la vida útil de la máquina. Si se utiliza agua del llave con altos niveles de minerales (también llamada agua dura), puede causar acumulación de minerales en la tubería de agua. Si utiliza agua dura, limpia la unidad con frecuencia.
¿Cómo limpiar la máquina de hielo?
Sugerimos limpiar la máquina de hielo una vez cada 1 a 2 semanas. El agua dura es la causa de la escala, simplemente presiona "limpiar" para lavar la escala regularmente y saca la tapa de drenaje de agua para drenar el agua. Limpiar suavemente con un paño suave y húmedo.

We have been using this ice machine for 8 months now. I have kept it clean used the self cleaning feature. It starts to make ice quickly. It is a little noisy kicking on and off but when it is on it is relatively quiet. It is a solid A in my book.

This product started off great, however it does not have a long life. I purchased this as a Christmas gift and within 90 days of purchase it started making a very loud “whirring” mechanical noise, almost as if something inside is grinding- either way I spent good money for a product which lasted no more than 90 days! Feels like a waste of money now man! Disappointed! It’s a great ice maker but it doesn’t last long at all

Al principio estaba encantada con la máquina, me encantó cómo salían los hielos. Vi reseñas de que se descompone rápido y otras que sirve perfecto.Hagan caso a las reseñas malas, ni siquiera la tuve 3 meses y ya no hace ni un hielo. No la usaba a diario y la limpiaba seguido. Lo raro es que ni siquiera hubo algún ruido o algo para indicar que ya no funcionaba, solamente dejaron de salir hielos.Qué lástima, aunque no sea un producto tan caro, hace relativamente poco se me cerró la ventana para devolver. Muy decepcionada de este producto.

UPDATE: the seller saw my review, reached out and did everything to make me happy. Glad I purchased this ice maker.This ice make does what it says it will do, which is no small thing. It does make nugget ice. It's not super quick about it, but it does do it. My two biggest complaints about this are the amount of ice produced and the noise level accompanying that.The basket on this ice make is fairly small. Combine that with the ice maker shutting off when the basket is about 80% full, and you're left with a 'full' basket that would roughly fill up a single large cup. Because these are small nuggets, they can build up by the ice outlet and tell the maker it's full. I don't really see a way around this, other than leveling out the ice in the maker every once in a while. Not a huge deal, but to fill an ice bin in our freezer (which is what we use this for) takes SEVERAL full baskets from this maker.The next issue for me is noise. I saw a few complaints on this when ordering, but am used to noisy ice makers so I didn't expect this to be much different. But this is certainly the loudest ice maker I've had. To the point where we turn it off when in the kitchen, and sometimes even when we're in the family room because this little maker is so loud.It does a fine job, but when this one goes, I'll be looking for a different model when replacing.

We loved this ice maker for about 6 months and now it is making an unbearable clicking noise. We have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. It also says full support for a year but I can’t find a way to contact anyone. I would have loved to give this 5 stars but since it didn’t make it a year and I can’t reach out to anyone I am going to have to give it a 3
