I bought this bottle in January and love it! My dog chewed up the cap and I contacted Kivy for a replacement cap. The attention and response time I received from Ria at Kivy was top notch. She took care of my request in a timely manner. The quality of the bottle is great and it doesn’t leak. I especially love the measurements on the side of the bottle. I have the large bottle and after drinking two full bottles a day, I know I’m keeping myself hydrated. I highly recommend buying this bottle.

Grundsätzlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen.Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Produkt.Lediglich die Maßeinheit stimmt nicht.Das Fassungsvermögen von 1,5 Litern ist zwar nach wie vor gegeben - jedoch nicht bei der Markierung, sondern erst beim Verschluss

für uns eine prima Flasche, Alternative zu Glas, da uns Glas mit 2 Kleinkindern momentan zu zerbrechlich ist.Flasche ist auch schon ein paar Mal runtergefallen, was keinen Schaden verursachteEinziger Negativpunkt: Der Deckel ist, im Gegensatz zur Flasche, nicht spülmaschinenfest.Was man ausserdem wissen muss: Das Silikoncap des Deckels kommt ziemlich schnell ab, danach hat man einen silbernen Edelstahldeckel, was und persönlich aber nicht stört.

This water bottle is great. It hold tons of water, seems very sturdy, is really easy to open, and looks sleek and pretty. I don’t like ice water so I cannot attest to ice retention, but it’s not insulated. I also took the strap thing off because it looked bulky and I got it just to have in my living room to drink and refill, not to carry’s around. I’ll probably get a second one soon, and if this brand makes it, a small one for upstairs as well. I haven’t noticed a smell or anything. The strap was kind of hard to get off, I had to pull pretty hard, but I did get it off. I’m glad I found this, I really love the look of it, and it fits what I need perfectly.
