Does not have great power. It struggles to mix mashed potatoes. Otherwise it's a nice mixer that's easy to use for lightweight jobs.

Bought this mixer and thought it had all the pieces shown on video & it doesn’t. Also doesn’t have turbo which I was disappointed for the price. Video is misleading to think you’re getting all those attachments & you’re not.

Was so excited to replace a 20 yr old kitchenaid hand mixer that died a year ago, and am already disappointed before I have even used it. The operation button is cheap and rattle-y and the top speed is not impressive at all. If you are a serious cook/baker skip this model and buy one with a bigger motor. I don’t expect this to last more than a year or two.Edited on 12/11Apologies to KitchenAid. I finally used the mixer and while I will continue to view the buttons are rattle-y and cheap feeling, the power of the unit is very sufficient. Decent basic hand mixer for the price.

I purchased this mixer in April because I wanted one with a little more power than my old one. I own a baking business, so I use it at least twice a week. Mostly just for frostings, glazes, whipping cream, etc. nothing very unusual.One of the beater attachments broke at almost exactly 5mo of use. I’m actually pretty sad about it, because otherwise it’s been a really good mixer. It whips a bowl of heavy cream to perfection in, like, 5 minutes!If all you use it for is whipping cream, this is a fantastic mixer.Anything stiffer than butter and/or cream cheese, make sure to have a backup.
