Plugged it into the sofa and it worked right away. I love that it comes with the extension for the plug in as well! It's well worth the value!

Lost my pwr supply for my electric bed. This product worked perfectly.... almost. Keep in mind that there are 3 pcs to the pwr supply: 1) wall plug 2) pwr supply and 3) most important!!!!! an adapter cord that goes from the pwr supply to the bed. This kit does not come with the 3rd needed piece..... You can, as I did, shave the plastic off of the pwr supply connector and it will fit into the bed: WARNING!!! This is not safe and you can short out the bed/ cause a fire if the connector does not seat correctly.....

This item was plug and play compatible with the recliner I bought which was missing the power supply. The plugs are standard, and the product worked perfectly.

Like that it was so easy to install. Got it to replace a different brand as other brand was discontinued. Fixed my sofa recliner. Very happy. The other brand came installed on my couch was 6 months old and broke. Was under warranty and sofa company refused to fix it. Anxious to see how long this brand lasts. Wish I could answer that but will find out. So far based on everything you need for installation is in box, and ease of install, I would recommend this universal dual transformer. Plus cost. Very reasonable.
