My 5yo has been wanting to get into sewing. I ordered this kit for her so that she could start practicing. We started on the sloth, as this is her favorite animal, but it was a bit confusing in the beginning. The photos show everything that came in the box. We had to figure out what parts went with the sloth and how to put it together because there were no directions for it. This kit is OK, but I know there are better ones.

My kids are very crafty and they really like to create things. They really like to the sewing kit. I like that it comes with so many because they can make a lot of different things and then they could play with them at the end. They really liked the designs and they were bright and colorful. I also think this is good for hand-eye coordination. It wasn't too hard to do and it is a good introduction to sewing. I thought the fabric and materials were of decent quality.
