The brushed finish hides spots and they're comfortable in the hand and when eating.

Feels good in the hand, clean well in the dishwasher. Not sure why folks are saying the rust. I ended up buying a 20 piece too, because we go through a lot of spoons in my house.

I would not buy again. Not labeled 18/10.I actually had to remove spots on silverware with comet.

I never thought it would be so hard to find good flatware, but boy was I wrong! it was time to replace our existing set, since most of them managed to walk away to places unknown, and my wife really never liked them to begin with (they were very heavy). After looking in every local store and ndtfinding anything that appealed to us, I found these on Amazon -- it was rare to find a product with only 5.0 stars, so that got my attention real quick. Unfortunately, the reviews were all from people who had received. set for review purposes which should have been a red-flag, but the comments were overall very good. The only semi-negative thing was that some (most) of the sets were missing a piece, or something, so it was not that big of an issue to at least give them a try.I ended up ordering the mate-finished version, and received them pretty quickly. After opening them up and inspecting them for style and comfort, both my wife and I really liked them a lot. So, into the wash they went (always wash stuff before using them kids). After getting through everything, I found that I was in the same position as many of the other reviewers -- my set was off! It came with two different sizes of spoons, and I got one more of one spoon and one less of the other. Okay, not a huge deal breaker, and not worth the hassle of returning it, so I reached out to the company to see if I could get a replacement spoon so that I could have a complete setting that I ordered. It has been about two weeks since I e-mailed their customer service department, but so far, I have not received any response at all, which is kind of disappointing. I'll contact them again and see, and update the review if I can get it corrected or not.So, overall, these are really nice for quality and weight, balance, etc., the only issue seems to be actually getting a full, correcting setting count.

This silverware set is lovely. We've had the same set for over 15 years so it was nice to change it up. They are not heavy, in case you were looking for heavy silverware. Haven't had any issues so far.
