If you're reading this, you obviously know there are much less expensive keychain baubles out there that do all the same crap this thing does, and many that do a lot more that are still cheaper. You probably saw a lot of them when you came on here to search for keychain bottle openers. However, that's not the point of this! Many other keychain openers are so narrow that they can mangle the cap and take multiple pry attempts to get it off if you don't do it perfectly. Other cap lifters are too wide and use up too much keychain real estate, and are probably the cheap anodized aluminum ones, commonly given away as branded swag or what have you. Neither of those types would do in my case.I assume you wanted something small that was made of titanium, because those were my primary requirements. This seemed to be small without being too small, as the other ti micro-openers that are out there also appear to be much fiddlier to use. This is JUST chunky enough to wrap your thumb and forefinger around, and pops a cap off a bottle without much fuss. The additional ability to turn small driver bits is a plus, but since the split ring goes right through the hex hole, it's not likely to be a feature I use often. It better be important if I have to get this off the keyring completely. I'd recommend a Gerber Shard or a Leatherman Brewzer if you think you need more tools at your disposal, but I've owned both of those and the extra features came at the cost of a bottle opener that was not annoying to use. Neither stayed on my keyring for very long as a result, but YMMV.In the end if you MUST have a keychain opener, and it MUST be discrete, and it MUST be titanium, this would get my vote. If I were to make any changes, it would be for the body to be just a bit slimmer. It's a hair thinner than 4 stacked keys, which is pretty girthy. You could maybe take some material off the sides of the grip area and leave the prying surfaces the current width without hurting usability. But as-is I still like it, and probably won't go searching for an alternative any time soon.
