UPDATE: One key failed to work remotely after almost three months. As many have said - check the battery! I replaced it in less than one minute ($1.00 a battery). Now it works better than before!Original ReviewI was able to find an auto locksmith in Toronto who programmed and cut both of these keys for me for $300 even. That's both keys for $300 ie $150 each tax in!Considering the dealer wanted $600 total for each key that was a remarkable saving. The keys work flawlessly and there was absolutely no problem. You have to hunt around for a locksmith, negotiate and go to them yourself to save money. I found my guy after 5 attempts.Fortunately I still had one key, but again it's worth the small amounts of money to try these keys. They worked for me!

Dealership wanted $189 PER KEY FOB, PLUS programming and cutting fees. I called ahead and asked if they’d cut/program these keys and they agreed but said no warranty. Bought these and both WORKED! The service guy was pretty impressed. So for $120 total I have two spare keys now, as opposed to the $500+ out the door they quoted me!

I bought these to replace the two original keys for my 2015 F150 as they were so worn out they broke out of the "switch blade". Tried programming these with 0 success. I gave up and settled for opening up all the keys and swapping the electronics inside which was actually probably easier than following Fords bloody reprogramming steps. They are carbon copies of OEM keys less the Ford logo so it worked like a charm. That was until I pressed unlock button and nothing happened. Turns out seller sold them to me with two dead batteries. Possibly why they wouldn't program? All in considering OEM keys were $250 a piece at my local dealership I'd say they were worth it and would buy again.

No problems programming them for the Explorer.Edit, 10 months later: One died and left me stranded. I thought it was the battery and got new CR2032's from Amazon but the fob still does not work. Losing a couple stars for 1 of the 2 not lasting a year.
