Un característica de los zapatos Keen es que algunos de esos productos están hechos especialmente para personas que tienen el pie ancho. Pensé que lo mismo podría pasar con este producto pero son angostas y ajustan demasiado. Creo que debería comprarse medio número por encima...

Those are awesome I love them. But sizing is horrible had to buy 4 pairs until found my size. Either completely off and too small or too big. Or one shoe smaller than the other even tho left and right shoe same size.

Die Sandalen werden im Sommerurlaub beim Wandern getestet. Sie sehen robust aus und wir hoffen sie halten was sie versprechen.

I'm testing out a bunch of shoes lately, water/hiking sandals, hiking shoes, runners. These, the newport, targhee 3 and the Clearwater CNX are the keens I'm trying. In the pics, the bottom ones are these SOLR. Excuse the newports, those have already gone through 10 or something years of abuse. The SOLR have decent foam padding and even a little arch support. The tread not a lot, I wouldn't want to hike or really use these away from water, which is neither a positive nor negative, just a note. The makeup of the shoes, the uppers, is very... somewhat like neoprene or something, no big ballistic nylon weave, but not outright rubber. Wouldn't hold a lot of water, which is good. The foodbed is not bad, less sticky than the Targhee's, felt fine on the skin, another plus for a water shoe. The main things that kill these sandals for me personally are twofold: They're Narrow. Like, the keens measured 5 inches wide, these were around 4, I have wide feet and fear my pinkey would pop out with bad consequences. The other thing I didn't like, the whole foot is basically enclosed in the neoprene (like?) sock. These are more like neoprene booties with4 cutouts on the sides than sandals, and the top/front is very solid. Just didn't feel loose and free like I want in a sandal. They're not awful, probably perfect for someone with a normal or narrow foot. The front being so enclosed is a matter of personal taste, they Do provide decent protection up there, while still having good drainage, so may be perfect for others. Just don't plan on hiking with the tread. And overall, the foam footbed did feel a lot less durable than the old newports. Not bad shandals at all, hope this helps if you're on the fence!
