I am 5'6" and 137#, ordered medium. Fits perfectly and super cute! Standard weight denim with a broken in, worn feel. Apparently I liked it so much I ordered it twice by accident! Can not wait to wear it!

The vest itself is nice but the buttons not so much, very loose and noisy. I will be replacing the buttons on the vest for sure.

I’m so happy I bought this vest. I personally think the actual vest is cuter than the picture! I haven’t worn one of these since the 90’s. I bought it for an upcoming cruise this summer and I’m trying soooo hard not to wear it at least once beforehand! I plan on pairing this vest with a bodysuit, maxi skirt and sandals.The fit is perfect, the rivets make that classic jingle of the jean rivet you’d expect and it isn’t heavy/stiff. This denim vest is actually a bit more soft than one would expect with denim material, but I like that because it is more fitting for the upper body. I don’t feel restricted.You know… The more I type this, the more I’m convincing myself to buy a second one. Well, no time to waste..Yes, I highly recommend if you are on the fence about this. The price here is better than you’d find in a retail or boutique store. Don’t forget you can always modify with iron-on patches or any sticker decals!

I ordered both colors in the same size. The lightest color vest came in 2 days. The sizing was perfect but a bit on the short side. I am 5ft. 5in. 140lbs. Smell was horrible. I washed it and all was good. No shrinkage.However, I ordered the darker vest and it took a month to get here on the slow boat! Then, I noticed it was very very much smaller. It is so small it fits my 9yr old grandchild. The smell was horrible so again, I washed it. It's also 2 inches smaller and shorter than the lighter one. Totally disappointed. I will give it away. Not worth the time to send back. BTW, shipping notes from China are dysfunctional. I would not recommend for anyone over 5'4" unless you like the look of wearing childs clothing. I gave it 2 stars because the lighter vest is wearable.
