I have tried other bread maker machines and this is the very best by far. I love the setting for sourdough. No matter what I make it always rises exceptionally well and bakes perfectly. I have given this machine a real good try out and absolutely love it.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. I bought this machine because it has a gluten free setting. I have been GF for over a decade, but recently become allergic to corn. Cornstarch and/or corn flour is used in most commercial GF bread, so I got this machine with the hope that I wouldn’t have to cut out bread from my diet entirely. The purchase didn’t start well, because the machine wouldn’t even turn on right out of the box. I emailed the customer support about the issue and received a response in one day (sent on a Saturday). The manufacturer sent me a replacement machine that arrived exactly 1 week after I sent my email to customer support. They were fantastic with their response and took good care of me! I made my first GF loaf and was very pleased with how it came out even though I messed up the settings (wrong loaf size)! The machine comes with recipes and unfortunately the basic GF bread calls for cornstarch. The recipe book gives good instructions/rules for ingredient replacements for exactly this type of situation. I compensated for the cornstarch with more GF flour (I used King Arthur Measure for Measure) and powdered whole milk. Despite my challenges the bread was very tasty. Even the non-GF members of the family liked the bread. So if you are GF and been wanting to try a bread machine, I highly recommend this one.

A little noisier than expected but very powerful and full of options. I sent the first one back for two reasons, made a pretty loud banging noise half way through resting and kneading cycles and I thought it broke. Second reason, the paddle got stuck, even after I layered it with cooking oil... I couldn't get it out even after soaking it. I sent the unit back and ordered another one, since the outside reviews kept saying this unit was the best bang for the buck.The second unit made the same noise during my bread making extravaganza (by the way, the bread itself came out wonderful - first time bread maker!!! Yeh!), but did run a little quieter overall. Turns out the loud bang was the nut/fruit dispenser firing off after the second kneading cycle. I can live with this, now that I know it's normal. Still have issues with the paddle being stuck on firm, but managed to get this one to come off. Glad I did, it really needs to be cleaned after making a loaf.The reason I say it is POWERFUL: I tried to make a Sourdough loaf and it ended up a little drier than it should have. Thankfully, I followed the recipe's suggestion that I check for this throughout the process and add water or flour to get the consistency that was expected. Well being so dry, the paddle was really struggling to get through the first kneading, until I corrected the moisture level. I was very surprised that the paddle kept going because the dough was like brick being pushed around. The motor never stalled and the dough got the right consistency after a little correction with water.Overall, I am very pleased with the design and the built in capabilities of this machine. Their cook book sucks big time, but I had purchased a bread making book separately that leans towards bread making machines and this seems to be a good solution. I really like the enamel bucket, easy to clean and I think it will last for awhile.

I have been making my own bread with a bread maker for about 8 years now and have been using the same brand bread maker all that time, I mostly use my machine for mixing and kneading the dough and I form buns and then bake in the oven, this time I tried a different brand and I must say that I am pleased with this KBS bread maker, it has a strong motor so it doesn't strain to mix the dough, it only takes 1 hour and 24 minutes to do it, the machine does make a noise but it's a bread maker so that is what you would expect, the build quality is good, the dough comes out of the pan easy and leaves the paddle behind. Overall I am very pleased with the KBS if something should happen to change I will update here to let others know.

This bread machine is easy to use and makes delicious bread. I really like the double cooking elements as it gives great even baking and uniform crust colour and crustiness. The French Bread recipe in the Quick Start Guide (included) is very delicious being crusty outside and light and soft inside. Clean-up is quick and easy. Only thing I would say is the baked bread is sometimes hard to shake out of the pan. But, eventually it has always slid out without damaging either the pan or the look of the bread. Makes 3 loaf sizes: 1 pound, 1.5 pounds, and 2 pounds.

En general es buena, no todos los panes que he hecho han quedado bien, en particular la función “cake” ma ha pasado que no suben y quedan un poco crudos

Recibí mi pan el lunes 16 de octubre de 2023. Lo usé por primera vez y el mango estaba roto. El tornillo se salió del mango. Aparte de que se rompe el mango, la panificadora hace el pan perfecto. Pongo los ingredientes en la máquina, voy al gimnasio, a la tienda o lo que sea y llego a casa con el olor a pan recién hecho. También he hecho mermelada de fresa con ella. Me encanta mi panificadora KBS.

Es muy bueno. Mi esposa lo ama. Ella literalmente usa diario para hacer pan y la casa siempre huele rico por eso.
