Contrary to the description, I couldn't say that these are shin guards because the protector is so thin, it would be dangerous for a youngster to play with its "padded stockings".They're not high quality. I think they're made for kids who play in their own backyard. Definitely the definition and the title should be reviewed by the company, it's not the correct description.

Super cheap. The padding is paper thin returned once we received them. Would provide little to no protection

These worked very well for my kids (6 and 8 year olds) first experience playing soccer. They fit both kids very well and were durable on the field. They stood up to many washings and didn't lose their shape. These are a great option for young, beginning players but probably don't offer enough protection for more intense play.

Good material but not enough cushion so needs shin guards insert.

The fit is great. They offer more protection than loose shin guards and they stay in place. I wash them regularly and they have kept up the quality. Well worth it in my opinion. My son loves them!
