Pros: Slim, compact, and sleek. It looks cute on the counter, with the option of putting a screensaver analogue clock on the front when not in use (absolutely would use if I kept it plugged in).The touch screen is responsive and simple to use and understand. Very user-friendly. It came with a booklet with instructions, but I looked at it very little because of how straightforward and handy it is.Cleaning is easy too, with a drip-tray that pops-out on the back. Wiping it down after use keeps it brand-new.I LOVE that I can pop the toast up further for easier access to remove the toast. It prevents accidental burns and is a must with any toaster for me.Next, having a countdown timer is actually my favorite part of this toaster. No more guessing when it will pop. No more waiting around on it just in case you might miss it. It's cute, handy, and a great design choice.Finally, being able to set favorites for my go-to bagel/toast/english muffin/ect settings is AWESOME. I can set the favorites and take away that guesswork.Cons: It's only available as a two-slot toaster. As someone who enjoys making a big breakfast and hosts folks who also enjoy breakfasts, I would have preferred a 4 slot toaster instead. This is a personal preference though, so my con may be your pro.All in all, this is a good toaster, it works as expected, and I'd recommend it.

Toaster seem ok just doesn’t do the timer the right way to make the bread toasted brown you have to repeatedly to get it right

I like this toaster, I like the touch screen and the different options. the not so great part of this toaster is most of the time (especially pop tarts and waffles) even having setting at four I usually have to flip and put in at setting 1 to get what 4 should be. bread seems to be fine.

My toast comes out perfectly!!! I love the functionality of choosing from different types of breads. I have tried everything and the results are amazing!!! This is my favorite appliance
