This knee pads are great. They are very comfortable and honestly I forget im even wearing them. If I had to give a negative is that they are just a tad bulky, but really this just a very small negative. I got them for 50 dollars, and in my opinion they are a really good value.

Knee pads are comfortable and stay in place. Not notably hot, but it’s been cold where I live. Summer riding will tell. Have wrecked couple times with them and have not had knee injuries. Definitely protected me from abrasions and bruises. They are light weight and comfortable to pedal in. I forget I’m wearing them. Perfect for trail riding.

Ended up with these per Seth's Bike Hacks, and they are the most comfortable ones i have ever had. I had previously bought a different, more expensive pair off Amazon and was very disappointed. The sizing seems all over the place on knee pads but the Kali Protectives are pretty true to size. I had them on for a few hour trail ride and they didn't get in my way or get annoying once. The soft, thin material on the backside helps prevent discomfort when you start sweating, so that's a plus. These are good knee pads for the price.

I crashed mountain biking and banged my elbow pretty hard, swelled up pretty good. Had to go the urgent care at Kaiser for x rays and return to see orthopedist. Small fracture and a bursitis. Cost for my copays and x rays was $160.Ordered the KALI elbow and knee pads. Cost was $160.Yup, the universe has a sense of humor. The knee and elbow pads are SUPER comfortable. After a few pedals you don’t even notice they are on. The rubber grip inside the cuff keeps them in place well while pedaling. Airflow is very good. I have ridden in warm but not hot weather and they seem to breathe fine. Don’t think they’ll be too hot come summer.Had one very low speed off where I landed directly on my knee, pad stayed in place and I didn’t feel a thing. Can’t attest to high speed crash protection yet, and have not tested elbow pads yet, but so far so good. They are relatively short. They don’t offer as much shin or forearm protection as some of the bulkier downhill pads, but are great for more pedal heavy rides. So comfortable I actually wear them, so that’s the biggest endorsement.
