I couldn't figure out how the cutting aspect of it. Was using the mandrels and cutting rings by hand until I saw a video. Mine came without parts. Make sure to check when you get it.Would be 5 star if I had received all of the parts and could use it as intended. I'll probably order a new one.Don't misunderstand. I don't blame them. I should have checked. I didn't use it after I got it, I became very sick.Would have asked for the pieces. But not so many months later.

Missing half of the parts to the cutter. Cannon figure out how to even order the parts. Why would I want only half of the parts???

the base is made of painted wood. the screw for the saw blade holder stripped out and broke. missing parts. don’t waste your time on this

Love this item! I have owned and used other jump ring makers and I give this a thumbs up as it equals all the others I have used. Would highly recommend this item and I would purchase again, but pretty sure I will not need to. Would of given 5 stars if the resting plate was of better quality.

i was hoping to have a better experience with this item but it was Not worth the aggravation of having to return not once but twice for missing components. Both times boxes appeared to be previously opened and returned with missing parts. I will be re-ordering a similar tool from pepe tools.
