If you like to work and modify your own bikes, this is a good addition to keep in your toolbox. I'm always tinkering with our bikes, and since we have 5 of them, it's just cheaper for me to repair our own instead of taking them into a bike shop. The tool seems decent enough for the occasional times I'll have a need for it.

This is one of those bicycle tools that are useful when you need it to do the job correctly. I have seen people use a screwdriver and hammer to "chisel" out a bottom bracket. This one is well-built and competitively priced too.
