I played bocce ball on a trip to Michigan and really enjoyed it. I am so Gladis ordered this set. It has everything my husband and I need to play, and the carrying bag is a great addition.this set is great for a beginner.

Got these to replace a set of chrome balls. Since we like to play on the beach, the chrome ones didn't hold up and turned into a rusted mess. Being resin, these won't deteriorate like that. The bag is nice and heavy duty - looks like it will hold up well, although I'm wondering how the zipper will handle salt water. The balls are really nicely made, the grooves are all neatly formed, no rough edges anywhere. Colors are deep and rich. My only wish is that the small "Pallino" ball would come in a day-glo color instead of just white. On the beach, it can disappear. Who knows, that's probably the official color so I won't complain too much. But it's nicely weighted and manufactured, just like everything else in this kit. I'm quite happy with it, and it looks like it'll last many years.

What an awesome set of Bocce balls! My husband and I played on vacation and have been looking for a set since. This set came very well packaged so all balls arrived intact. The carrying case has a nice wood piece at the bottom that keeps the balls in place.The balls themselves are just as bright and colorful in person as in the product listing. They have a nice weight to them and can really fly when thrown! We don't have an official court yet, but these are heavy enough they work great in a mowed yard.The rules for Bocce ball are included which is very helpful as well as the layout of a court (if we decide to build one). Actually, it's a lot of fun just going out into the long strip of side yard we have and using that as the court. Looking forward to the next time we have friends/family over since we now have something fun to play outside.

I'm sort of a stickler for perfection, so I was trying to hold out for a ~109mm set (or whatever exactly is "regulation"), but this seemed like such a good value that I figured it'd be worth a try. Plus, my sister was coming for the weekend, and they just put some new Bocce courts in the park nearby.Fun stuff! The balls are all very even (which I guess is why resin is well-liked for this application) and durable. You also get a convenient way of carrying these to the park and storing them. They don't take up much room, and it keeps me from having to run to the community center to rent out a set that is likely missing a ball or two. Seems about as good as you can get without spending 4 times as much on something super fancy.

This four-color bocce ball set is exactly what we were looking for – and then some! Each ball in this sturdy, quality set arrived individually wrapped and in perfect condition. The wooden ball stand inside the bag features individualized ball slots that help sustain the bag structure, while keeping the balls organized within. Each 90mm ball feels comfortably solid with just the right heft. The measuring rope is a nice touch, along with included safety instructions and a handy front-and-back reference sheet printed with bocce ball rules.Although the fully packed carrying bag may feel heavy, the tight handle stitching and solid zipper help keep the balls in the bag while in transport. Like other reviewers who notice a chemical smell when the shipment arrives, we noticed this also but the scent dissipated soon after setting the bag outside in the space we designated under a small patio table. When our summer desert weather cools off, we envision having fun with this set in our back yard and perhaps outings to parks that have larger lawn space.
