These are heavy and soft. Great for training in our small backyard so they don't go very far and end up in the neighbor's yard over the fence. Durability is good so far. The quality seems on par for the expensive set the coach uses. I'd recommend them. Definitely check out YouTube for ideas on how to use them for practice.

I have a son that plays highschool baseball and his team uses these in practice. Approved!

I didn't use these for training. They're a nice weight, and a little squishy, which I wasn't expecting.They were perfect for the F bomb that my daughter crocheted around it.

These are fantastic for all kinds of practice at all skill levels! They stand up to consistent hitting as well as pitching/throwing practice. Nice feel to them and we like the bright blue color. Great option for upping your game!
