My lovely wife has a habit of leaving the remote on the bed in between us rather than placing it on a nightstand... Why I have no idea, usually what happens is that sometime during the middle of the night one of us will accidently swat the remote and it falls behind the mattress and under the bed. This remote holder has helped lessen how often this happens now, so I'm a happy camper.

These are nice remote control (or other small object) pocket holders. They have detachable adhesive backplates, so you can position the holders with the backplates snapped on, snap the holders off, and let the adhesive set for a few hours before using them. I have them on the side of my desk for my Google Chromecast and ceiling light remote controls.My only criticism is that I wish they were about ½” or so bigger in both dimensions. That would allow for larger remotes or two smaller remotes in a pocket, without really changing the aesthetics. Otherwise they are great in every way.

I ordered this set of storage containers for a disabled family member to use to hang small items on a metal cabinet located next to his armchair. I used the adhesive and they don't feel like they are going anywhere from regular use. One holds his TV remote and the other his little blood sugar monitor of which both were always getting knocked off the cabinet surface. The black color blends in nicely with the black cabinet and they are almost invisible when empty. Great low price of $12 is made even better by the current 20% off coupon.
