Two of the 4 came either broken or drifted worse then the original. Good thing I only needed 2.

Mir wurden vier Stück geliefert – drei davon waren kaputt! Ich musste das Gerät dreimal auseinanderbauen und wieder zusammensetzen. Die Bluetooth-Antenne ging inzwischen einmal kaputt! Warum werden drei mangelhafte Produkte geliefert?

I give it a 6 out of 10 on the challenge scale if you follow along with the youtube video. Typical Quest, my right stick began drifting then the thumbstick button was barely working. Took it apart, popped in one of these, and now it's like new. Might have a bit bigger dead zone, but I'm fine with that. Less chance of stick drift. The included tools are pretty nice as well.

the action on these works well, and the kit includes all the tools you'd need. I didn't see anything on these that said they're "hall-effect" so I imagine there likely going to wear exactly the way you'd expect.
