They were perfect for the birthday party. The kids loved them and enjoyed themselves.

I used my small air compressor to fill these a couple nights before the party and, though they held air just fine and it probably wasn’t necessary, topped them off the morning of the party. We used 20 of them and all of them were functional and held air. The kids were not at all gentle with the swords and things took a beating at the party (15 seven year olds for over two hours) and I only had to refill them when the kids opened the valves.The valves on the purple ones did not hold as well as the others as I was trying to close them, but I was still able to fill them all the way with my air compressor.The smell was very overwhelming when I first opened the package (similar to nail polish remover) but it quickly became tolerable as I started blowing up the swords.

Bought these to handout to kids at my sons pool party last year. Blew up easy (we did use an electric pump to blow them all up.) Kids loved them, came in different colors which was great, and the price was too. Even better was this year at my sons party kids asked for them again. As I didn't buy more, I may next year as they all had a blast with them, girls and boys.

These were an awesome addition to a recent birthday party we held. The kids enjoyed playing with these, reenacting some of their favorite parts of their favorite game. The only reason for the 4 stars is that a handful of them had a hard time maintaining inflation. Otherwise, this was a great purchase for its primary purpose.

These inflatable swords were so much fun for my grandson's 11th birthday. The kids ranged in age from 8 to 60 and everyone enjoyed them. I was pleasantly surprised they held up so well, not even one popped even with heavy, all day use. I highly recommend these swords and would not hesitate to purchase again should the need arise.
