After reading other reviews, I expected the have to do a little tinkering to make it fit my alto sax but I was pleasantly surprised when it fit snugly enough to keep it in place unless I intentionally pull it out. It works exactly as it should and fits my case like an original part. Seems to be fairly well made (it is a neck plug) and it replaced the lost cap perfectly. I give it two thumbs up.

My son lost his the end cap for his alto, so I was on the hunt for a replacement. This fit the bill and worked well!

I’ve been using a shove it swab because I had no end cap. I heard it’s no good to leave them in your sax as it jerks the moisture inside. Makes sense. So I bought this and an cleaning cloth and I’m all set
