Fragile but great piece for the price. Great company. My piece arrived a little damaged and the company was amazing to work with. I will order from them again. Very pretty bright colors and lots of mouth pieces.

I haven’t smoked hookah in probably 7-8 years but i’m trying to quit smoking cigs.I bought this as a way to quit and I got the Hydro Tobacco-Free and Nicotine- free.ITS ABSOLUTELY PERFECTit comes with everything you need that you don’t realize you need to it gets here (tongs, foils, plastic tips to share, spare hoses, etc).You DO NEED: Charocoals and your choice of tobacco/shishaThe instructions are pretty simple but a little weird in the English teanslation.“Half of the water”- means about to the top of the base (right before it starts to get skinny), just above/below the design on the baseAlso YOU HAVE TO SCREW OFF THE TOP to get the ash tray on- it skips that step in the instructionsOtherwise, I love it. It’s easy to use, pretty and definetely worth the money in my opinion

It is really good hookah. I bought it last year but two hoses have missed white plastic ring to fit hose into hookah. Would it be possible to provide me the missing white rings?

For $35 I was totally skeptical; I used to own a fairly prominent hookah retail website and still enjoy the ritual of setting up and using my hookahs a couple times a week. I'm very experienced in this area. Having said that, I was extremely skeptical of this hookah given the price point. Most 'traditional' style hookahs, especially those with four hoses, start in the $90 to $120 range for a decently constructed one so I was pleasantly surprised when this showed up promptly and looked exactly like the picture.All the gromets fit perfectly and snugly, it draws beautifully, and sits perfectly level. The "crystal" parts are actually just plastic, but that's fine with me as they only serve an aesthetic purpose. There is no peeling or initial rusting on the chrome plating, as is usually common with lower price point hookahs. The hose connectors also come set up with ball bearings, so if you're smoking solo like I did to test it out, you're good to go.The hookah comes stock with everything you need, especially if this is your first foray into the world of hookahs, but I used a larger bowl than what it came with, I added a diffuser to the down stem, and also submerged the base in a bucket of salted, ice cold water to really super cool the smoke; this thing smoked like a dream! I used four coals (Coco Nara coals, not that quick-light trash) with a blend of Fumari white peach and watermelon flavored shisha and within a few minutes I was getting massive, deep, creamy, thick milky, velvety clouds of smoke with zero harshness. It was like inhaling watermelon flavored air.My ONLY complaint so far, and this is so little of a complaint that it's not worth docking the review a full star, is that the hoses it comes with suck (no pun intended). Again, for the price point I'm not going to fuss about it because they do get the job done; they're just really short and flimsy chintzy plastic. The hose connectors are a little smaller than I'd like, but they are big enough to fit a couple of different higher quality hoses that I have in my collection.Overall, for now, this hookah will be my go-to as it's small enough to not be a hassle to set up, but big and powerful enough to give you a satisfying hookah session either solo or with friends. Definitely a recommended purchase and I will be buying more to gift to people who are interested in the hobby / culture.
