Let's start with the good...these stools are fairly comfortable, as the fabric is nice and the seat foam is relatively soft. They are also reasonably sturdy, even with my 200+ lbs on them there isn't any flex. None of the screws have backed out since we've been using them. They are also priced pretty well.There are a couple of negatives though. mine were missing a screw right out of the box (NO, i did not lose it). I had to dig through my bottomless drawer of spare screws to find a suitable replacement. Not a huge deal, but disappointing for a new product to be missing hardware. The height is accurate, but I definitely should have measured first. They say "counter height", but what they really mean is they are the same height as most countertops. So, You can't really sit on them and get your legs under the counter if you're using them at an island or something. They are just too tall. "Bar height" is probably more accurate. And although the fabric is soft, it's quite fuzzy, which means any spills or crumbs or other dirt gets stuck in them. They can't easily be wiped off or cleaned.In general, these stools are fine, and they do the job they are supposed to do. Just make sure you measure first to check how tall your counters actually are, and make sure you have a couple spare screws laying around.

These are adorable! Pretty small seat, but just like the photo. Not too bad to assemble either.
