Exactly what I needed to be able to throw out the mis-matched baking tray collection I’ve accumulated over the years. Ergonomically, they’re super, they look smart and I love the curved edges which act as handles. Getting them in and out of the oven safely and without my oven gloves getting messy is a bonus too. Highly recommend them.

These baking sheets are even nicer then I was expecting. Heavy duty, non stick. I have learned from experience that you don't put items like these in the dishwasher, so I hand wash them only and they still look brand new. I love that they stack, since baking pans can be a challenge to store. I got rid of a couple of my other baking sheets that were rusting, and use these exclusively. So far, I'm very happy with them!

Ordered several Joseph and Joseph items including the best of 3 baking sheets. Heavy gauge and ergonomically good. Used the largest sheet for the first time to make a frozen garlic bread and the pan is now stained which is very surprising as it was just essentially used to warm through a garlic bread loaf. No point returning due to cost

I love so many things about these pans. They are a heavier weight and do not warp when heating and cooling like some of my other pans. I love that they nest for taking up minimal storage space. And I LOVE the handles on them! I never realized that this was a feature that I needed. I can't comment on the non-stick coating since I always use parchment paper, but it seems to at least be an even coat that would hold up to many washes. I would 100% recommend these to anyone looking for a set of pans, or looking to gift something as a housewarming present, newlyweds, or someone furnishing their first apartment. I would rather spend some money up front on something that will last for years to come, and these pans fit that bill.
