I was really looking forward to wearing this belt - it's beautiful. Unfortunately, it was badly damaged by the worst packaging that I've ever encountered - no joke.The belt was folded up against itself like a pretzel underneath an impossible layer of shrink wrap and shipping tape. It took me several minutes to unwrap and imagine my disappointment when I saw the damage, which shows up right in the middle of the buckle, of course!A company or manufacturer that damages its own (really nice) products BY THE PACKAGING cannot be trusted to deliver. I've requested a refund, and not an exchange, because no matter how much I like the belt, there's a good chance the replacement will arrived damaged, too.No thanks, Johnston & Murphy.
