This is a good quality, well weighted, easy to use jigger. It has a stylish modern shape. One end has measurements for .5 and .75 oz, the other 1.5 oz.I’ve both hand washed and put in the dishwasher.

I tried this with tequila and it worked. I tried this with whisky and it worked. I tried this with gin and it worked with that too. It also worked great with vermouth, lemon juice, lime juice and cocktail mixer. It even worked with simple syrup and grenadine. I wanted to try this with triple sec and vodka, but my wife cut me off. Good thing too as I forgot what I was doing. Oh yeah, I’m writing a review. This thing holds liquid like a liquid holding device, and you can pour out of it like it was an actual object holding liquid that you could pour. It feels good in your hand and works exactly like you expect it to. You can in fact pour lots of drinks into it.

This jigger is a perfect balance of good looks and practicality. The single-piece integrated casting means there's no weld between its two halves, just a beautifully seamless arc from top to bottom. The outside surface has a reflective mirror finish, while the interior is brushed. The jigger is crafted from food-grade Type 304 18-8 stainless steel. It is dishwasher-safe.The jigger's elongated Japanese geometry means it fills more slowly than a squatter hourglass. This facilitates precise measurement and minimizes overfill. The 2-ounce side has an internal laser-etched demarcation at 1.5 ounces, while the 1-ounce side also shows 3/4 and 1/2 ounces. So that's five separate volumes available for ensuring exact ingredient ratios. Although the jigger is rimless, it doesn't seem prone to spilling. The jigger has a pleasant heft, nestles comfortably between my index and middle fingers, and has been a joy to use. I'm very comfortable recommending it to you.

I make a cocktail or two (or many). I am not a professional, this is for my home and guests. Right now I tend toward pre-prohibition era cocktails. These aren’t just one (1) or two (2) ingredient “Rum and Coke” type cocktails, they have A LOT of ingredients and different measurements. Cup measure, a bunch of measuring spoons, and some math for conversions, and I get the job done. Those cocktails are good and accurate representation of historic cocktails.I have watched bartenders make cocktails with a jigger. There is the 2-oz end and the 1-oz end, and while that is convenient I would use a ¼-cup measure and a 1-TBSP measuring spoon and accomplish the same thing. And my cocktails, have a lot of smaller volumes too, so wasn’t sure a jigger would be perfect accessory. But I saw this jigger. Sure, it has the same configuration of 2-oz and 1-oz, but it also has laser engraving for ½-oz, ¾-oz, 1-½ oz. And this is what makes it far more useful at my scale.I don’t really need it, but it makes cocktail mixing more pleasant.
