I have arthritis in my left thumb joint that's just beginning. I thought I would try this bracelet to see if it minimized my discomfort at all. I wore it 24/7 except when I showered for several weeks, but I did not notice a difference at all. Hard to measure improved circulation, but as for measuring pain discomfort, I didn't notice anything.The magnets underneath the band were secure. The band was super easy to adjust simply by squeezing or pulling. My wrist did not turn green except for once--maybe after washing dishes. I will say that I am not very sensitive to things like this. But my husband is. He wears copper bracelets and notices sensations fairly quickly. I did not have him try this one.

This has been so helpful, it reduced the pain in my tennis elbow and enabled me to continue to fulfil my responsibilities. It is made for men and a bit wide, but I really like that. I was able to slowly bend it to shape to fit my arm. As a bonus it looks really nice!!!

Nicely made. Easy to adjust. Nothing fancy, kind of a minimalist design, but I like it.There is a minor amount of "read through" on the outer side, you can see where the magnets are underneath, but it's very minor.
