I got this for my 2 year old son, and he would honestly sleep in it if he could. It’s super cute, you can create so many different flexible little worlds inside, and it seems like it will stand up to his enthusiastic play.Took me about 30-40 minutes to assemble, not the 20 it says. I’m pretty good at assembling things so I was surprised that it took longer than they anticipate. Pieces went together pretty easily, instructions were mostly clear, and everything was included except a Phillips head screwdriver and flagpole.It’s super cute and large - I have the Step 2 kitchen and was actually able to put it inside along with some little plastic chairs. I’m 5’7 and fit inside it easily, so it will definitely work for kids up to 7 or 8 I’d say.Lots of fun features including windows that open, a mail slot, and the half door (it doesn’t latch but that’s not an issue for me).It doesn’t come with a flag although it does have a flag holder, so I’ll have to make one of those. There’s also no floor, so I put a kids rug underneath which worked perfectly. There’s not a lot of decoration (no stickers like the usual kids stuff) but there are plenty of places you could add your own. Also, we stuck a battery powered light in the ceiling so it would be fun at night too, and it’s super cute.

Just got this strap swapped out on the winch. Certainly seems to be well stitched. Looks to be pretty standard in quality. Price was good. Looks like a win, from where I'm standing. Time will tell, after it gets wet a few times, and sees some sunshine. Overall very pleased with it.Helpful tip: The stitching at the hook will generally be the point of failure on most of these straps. In fact, the reason I bought this one, was to replace a 15 year old strap whos stitching failed. The strap itself was still in good shape. It was easier and less time consuming to replace it with a nice new one, than to repair the old one. SO the tip is to spray the stitched area of the strap with a plastic friendly spray paint, like Plastisol, or Fusion, to protect the thread from the sun's UV rays. It'll probably put another decade on the life of your strap. Happy Boating!

Cut it down to use on snow plow blade lasted all season with no signs of wear, factory strap lasted about a hour.

It’s very durable, it has been rained on and snowed on and stays super dry inside. It’s easy to put together and looks just like the pic when set up. Very pleased with it

Me emociono recibirlo y comenzar a armarlo para mi niño de 2 años, pero al abrir la caja lo primero que noté fue que la puerta venía fisurada, espero me puedan enviar la puerta de nuevo ya que da mal aspecto estético y la casa es muy buena calidad, quedaré a la espera y luego les actualizo.

El envío llego a tiempo, desafortunadamente no había tenido tiempo ni el espacio para armarla y desde que la compré pasaron casi 2 meses, el día de antier que la comenzamos a armar nos dimos cuenta que la puerta venia rota, la fecha máxima para devolver el producto fue el 17 de agosto. Estuve leyendo varios comentarios y me doy cuenta que no soy el único con este tipo de problemas.
Al armarla se identifica ruptura de puerta

This is a great little house, easy to put together and so much fun for my 19 month old grand daughter, she loves opening the windows and door, it has a little shelf for her things. It's just awesome.

I wanted to replace the old rope on the EZ Loader trailer that we have for our vintage boat. this fit and works perfectly. the snap link on the end fits easily around the bow eye of our boat but is small enough to fit up in-between the upper rollers there the bow nests.
