These serve the purpose as suspenders. But the plastic buckles that allow you to adjust, are thick plastic that are visible under your shirt. A traditional suspender with metal buckles has a slimmer design that is more hidden. So those would serve the exact same purpose. And do a better job.

Keep the price reasonable as it is now and you will have a customer in me for life Janmercy!I am a first time customer of Janmercy.Some company's are WAY, WAY, WAY OVER PRICED for 1 (ONE).Janmercy 4 Pcs Hidden Suspenders for Men GIVES you 4 (FOUR). And 2 different colours!So it's a no brainer, 4 for the price of 1 RIGHT.So I was thinking they wouldn't be as good or as comfortable as others, WRONG.These are the BEST designed, MOST comfortable, some times I forget I have them on, type of comfortable.BEFORE I was using the type that buttoned on at the zipper BUTTON, always need to take it off before the bathroom. I thought that these ones (Janmercy Hidden Suspenders) that HOOK ON at the belt loops would suck. WRONG again.So very happy I TRIED these, NEVER going back to zipper BUTTON suspenders OR to over priced Company's.Thank you very much Janmercy!Ray Vatcher

Great suspenders for the price very easy to put on easy to unhook for bathroom my only complaint is the adjusting clip is a little bulky and with very tight clothing will look like lumps. but I don't worry about that because most of my shirts are fairly loose. Overall a great product

For its price, it's a good deal on 4 suspenders (2 black x 2 beige). The quality of the product itself is quite different: the straps become loose very frequently, and the stitching can be defective, which leaves the texture of the faux-leather middle part unpleasant in places (this is quite a problem if worn on the skin or on a thin t-shirt).On the plus side, no metal, no clasps, very easy to use, and again - cheap.
