I replaced a few household lights with philips hue lightbulbs and was surprised to notice that most of my roof fixtures were GU24 type base so they wouldn't work. These adaptors solved the problem for me.Note: that this does add about an inch or so to the length of the base as a result so keep that in mind when purchasing, wasn't an issue for me though.

I replaced all of the lightbulbs in our home with Phillips hue smart bulbs.Unfortunately the nine lights in the vanities in our three bathrooms require G 24 bulbsThe only GU 24 smart bulbs were twice the price of the regular bulbs and half the brightness.I thought I would have to face the expensive and time-consuming task of replacing all three light fixtures.I was very happy to find these adapters on Amazon. They saved me a lot of time and money.The standard base bulbs fit in the adapter socket quite nicely. Even with the adapters the bulbs are almost flush with the original socket .I have been using them for over half a year with no issue.very happy. Highly recommend these.
