UPDATE: I bought this, put it on my wheelchair, and my service dog sat down and leaned up against it, and it snapped off. HOWEVER, I was contacted by the Seller and they were nice enough to send another one free of charge. I have put this one on at a better location, and it is doing very well. As a Disabled person with a wheelchair and a service dog, I just need to be mindful where I place items such as this. It appears to hold well, is very convenient with the Phone holder. I really appreciate their Customer Service. Thanks guys!

The part that attaches to the wheelchair broke. Ordered Jan. 9, broke in February. I wonder if I can get replacement parts?Great company to work with. They sent a replacement same day.

I liked the adjustable velcro strap which allowed me to transfer back and forth from rollator to mobility scooter. ONLY issue is that the part of the strap that anchors does better on a wider bar than than the small round tube one that the rollator has. I either had to place it on inside(seat side) or outside....taking more doorway width space. I had to move it when I wanted to sit down or pass through narrow spaces. Because of the anchor shape, I couldn't place it on front or back position (with rollator) but i like the fact that I don't need to bolt it in. The phone part wont work with phone if you have other things attached to it or in a folding case. Worked with my husband's phone but not mine. Still would recommend it. Overall worked for me.

I absolutely loved this cup holder for my wheelchair. I was heartbroken when the clip that the strap threads through broke. So, thinking it was just a fluke, I bought an identical one, and it broke too in the same spot. As several have said, that piece needs to be metal. Otherwise, I absolutely loved everything about it: the phone holder, the size of the cup holder, the sturdiness with the strap. That’s why it’s only getting 3 stars instead of the one that others are giving it.

The only thing I don't like is that my phone doesn't fit. Other than that, the cup holder is great, and my tumbler fits well in it. I chose to put it on the leg so it doesn't block my breaks.
