One of the 4 lids arrived broken, but still useable besides that they seem amazing

These totes are very costly for what they are. We spent quite a bit of time shopping around and researching reviews and so forth prior to purchasing these as it is imperative that the totes are properly sealed. The totes are all in good condition and seem heavy duty and they will do the job for what we bought them for. What is disappointing is that one of the lids is missing a clasp which is very much needed and why we purchased these in the first place. These are enormous totes and they cost roughly $23 a piece. We tried to get a hold of the manifold and have not yet been able to. I gladly change my review to being more positive if they get us a new lid in a timely fashion that has both clasps on it. I maintain that they are way overpriced, though, but are good quality with the exception of the missing clasp.We have tried contacting the manufacturer and were told they needed pictures and the product number which we provided, but they have not sent any new lids or replacement parts. I would do zero stars if that was an option. These totes are way overpriced and we could have gotten 6 larger totes at Walmart that clasp on all 4 sides for the same price as the 4 pf these that only have 2 claps, and 2 of the lids are missing claps that we haven't received, nor have we gotten any more responses from the manufacturer.

The size of the container is good, not too big, not too small, however, it's a bit flimsy for its size. The lock feature doesn't latch as well as the smaller containers by the same manufacturer.One of my containers is broken, so I have 3 good ones instead of 4. I would possibly buy again, but may try to just use the smaller containers, since the locking feature is much better. Thanks -
