レシーブの反復練習に使っています。スピード制御、スピンコントロール、時間玉数など変化させることが出来るので基礎練習にはもってこいのマシンです。輸入品にありがちな初期トラブル(電源onせず)がありましたが、すぐに交換していただき正常動作品が届き快適に使用しています。一緒に購入すると良いものは球拾いしやすいすくいアミと、卓球台周囲や背面に張ることができる大型ネットです。これらが揃えばクラブ活動のライバルにも差がつけられるでしょう。なお、使用するボールはできるだけ競技用ボール使用がベター！安価なレジャー兼用の卓球ボールだと弾みが悪く、トレーニングで変なクセ(打ち出し角)がついてしまいます。競技用ボール使用さえ心がければ、これ以上の優れマシンは皆無でしょう。

It a practical machine, for a basic type of trainer, I've had lots of fun and kids have enjoyed a good time with it also.If you've got a bigger budget and you are a fairly advanced player, then i would recommend going for another trainer which also oscillates right and left.
