Works without using a camera cable. The HDMI adapter is not snug fitting so I used the one that came with the Pi 5. There was no need to install drivers. Everything worked great. I was skeptical of ordering anything from a company named Ipistbit thinking I'm a bit pissed trying to find a touch screen that works with a raspberry pi 5. This does.

Perfectly fine little touchscreen. It's a bit thicker than I'd like but it's good enough.

This LCD is perfectly fine. Ended up finding one that was a bit more low-profile for my project, but this looked and functioned fine while I had it.
