Every single can has been dented but the smaller cans do not seem to have the bone issue the larger cans have. I have found a few tiny fragments but it’s nothing that’s not easily removed. One of my cats has a very strict diet he has to abide by and this is one of the few novel protein foods he has liked. Will likely buy somewhere else next time to hopefully solve for the dented cans issue.

We just adopted two 8 month old brother cats. We started with the Blue (cuz I knew it was a good quality food option) salmon and chicken variety wet food pack and our cats liked that. But there would always be some leftover after the next day. They’d pick at it slowly. I ordered this, remembering Instinct is a high quality food brand, and we got the rabbit 3 oz 24 pack. Day 1 of giving them this food and they ate the entire can immediately. Not a thing was leftover. The cats have spoken!

My cat was recently switched to a novel protein diet due to digestive issues. When shopping around for a new food most of what I found had a crazy long list of ingredients that I'd never heard of (can't imagine that being good for a cat with stomach issues...). Instinct had a wide range of products for my cat's needs, along with quality ingredients. The price is high, but most high quality foods are. And in the long run this will save me trips to the vet so I think the cost will outweigh itself (: Would highly recommend this food and all of Instincts' products!

This food is wonderful. My boy cat Pops has food allergies, which caused IBS and pancreatitis. His vet suggested a food change to a unique protein. Instincts Grain free Rabbit was just the ticket.Since he's been eating this wet food twice a day, paired with the dry Instinct Limited Kibble, he's done a 180. No longer is he sick, suffering from IBS or having a tummy that is always churning. He is now a happy cat. My female cat is along for the ride. I can't put this food down fast enough for them at feeding time.The texture of the 3 oz can is fairly smooth. You'll see in the photo, that I do break it up as my cats are picky about eating. I love that you see actual peas and carrots in their food. The consistency has had very little variation. I have had them both on this food since early January 2016. One bonus is that the food is so well balanced that they are getting everything they need and nothing that they don't!I would recommend this food to anyone who has a cat with sensitivities.

Well, I have a mixed black persian cat that has IBS/IBD and this seems to help a little since it has the montmorillonite clay in it. And along with a probiotic like Fast Balance GI it works well. Either one alone doesn't seem to help completely my cat. So, got to use bothI actually mix this 1/2 can with 1/2 can of Merrick or Halo for her and the other 3 cats and give some Halo kibbles - I do this 2 times a day. Sometimes feed them some kibbles during the afternoon if I'm home from work or weekend.But they seem to really take to this Rabbit instinct one versus anyother canned food that I have tried. Instinct Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Pork, it don't matter...they like Rabbit the best.I've read that Rabbit is also the ideal meat for cats. But bunnies are so cute....needless to say I don't buy a lot of this instinct...I get more of Turkey Instinct and mostly Halo.
