These are full size hangers that fold down in 3 parts and take only a tiny amount of space.Very light weight and easy to squeeze into a carry on size suitcase but sturdyI am using these in Paris and Rome and love them.Recommended purchase for backpackers, hostel users who might not have access to hangers to dry their clothes.

So I work in small booths inside larger auditoriums, I carry this hanger to hang my suit jacket on while I am at the mic. So the hanger holds my jackect for about 9 hours. It is not german engineering, in as much as the plastic is not very precise in design, but it is sturdy enough, it does the job, the suface is thin but my jackets are not too heavy. I walk into the hotel, go to the auditorium, find my booth and place my hook and hanger. It is so easy, so convenient, I carry this thing in my inner breast pocket and hardly notice it at all. I use to put my jacket on the back of the chair, but the collars suffered, and the edges of my jacket touched the floor. Now my work place is more orderly, my jacket is better cared for, I dont have to ask anyone for a hanger, I can just place the hook and the hanger and I am good for the day. At the end I just put my jacket back on, fold the hanger and I am good to go. Listen... it may not be the sturdiest but it is sturdy enough, they sent me a dozen and it cost peanuts... so why should I complain I still haven't broken the first one.

Have taken these on International and Domestic trips and they've proven to be very helpful. Made well, fold fairly compactly, and hold heavy clothing without issue. Would purchase again.
