We received the resin in timely manner, but it’s one giant melted together block rather than individual resin incense pieces as desired.It’s salvageable. Just stick it in the fridge or freezer before using. (If you don’t, the sticky resin gets on your hands and it’s very annoying to get off. Hot water is a good way to melt it off.) Once it’s solid again, you can break it up into pieces and use as before.I am not sure if this melting together happened during shipping or if it was already melted together at warehouse, etc. either way I will try a different supplier with the next batch.

Update: I’m a month into use. It’s amazing quality for the price. Going to upgrade to 4 stars. Still hard to break off. Would be good if you could give us some tips on how to break it up. I will be buying more.Love the quality of this copal resin; however, it is not broken up into pieces as stated. It is just one huge chunk. It’s hard to break up, and gets all over. I spent a good 10 min trying to get this very sticky resin off my hands today. Granted this is used to cleanse energy and create a sacred space, it was honestly unnecessarily stressful.

Good quality white copal. Totally different from cheaper options and worth the cost. Thank you for sending, it is a treasure of Mother Earth. I was taught to use your teeth to break off small pieces.
