Very easy to install and sturdy once it's screwed in. The only downside is that you have to put the grippy adhesive pads on yourself which is tedious, but once they're on it's solid.

The metal is sufficiently thick enough to hold your laptop. The instructions are hard to view, its mostly by photos and they aren't very big. Installation is not super easy. Not super hard, but could be better. Holding the brackets where you want them, all three, and getting them even and square is near impossible. Thankfully its under a desk and nobody can see it.

Works exactly as intended thought the laptop would be annoying to get in the bracket but it really wasn’t
