This unit is not compatible with Square, Quickbooks or Spotify. The charge lasted for 2 prints of a test page. Chinese translation to English is very poor and confusing. Lack of instructions on how to operate. Not for those of us small business owners, more for students.

I ordered this Bluetooth receipt printer and it arrived without incident. Upon opening it, I found that the instructions were quite inadequate. It seems as though the maker was not a native speaker, as the sentence structure made no sense. The device beeped incessantly and would not pair to any device with or without using the cable provided. It would not print a test page. It would not do anything but sit there and beep constantly. The app was no help. Their website was no help. I am fairly tech savvy and I can honestly say that this device is a nightmare piece of junk. I see where others have had issues with returns. I was sent the item to evaluate and was not charged anything for it. It belongs in the rubbish bin. I gave it one star and it did not even deserve that! I recommend that this device is a "DO NOT BUY".
