Great value, well designed. Keeps food to fridge temperature for our time needed. (4 hours but will conform with time advertised).

The cooler is well made and was delivered ahead of schedule. We had to return it because it was not large enough for the intended purpose. That was not the company's fault. They were very helpful in the return of the item. We paid to ship it back by UPS and received a full refund.
