Never had a leak with these and I like that they are unbleached.

Thick so it won't rip and break on you. Compostable. Chlorine-Free. No toxic additives. No 6 is for a large 14 or larger size coffee maker, cone shaped basket. Once I tried "If You Care Brand", I didn't look back, this is the only brand of coffee filter I buy now because it is the only one that won't break when wet and won't make a mess of the coffee grinds.

Have read reviews that the tear or open. No.If you've experience with any crimped drip filter, you know to fold the edge. The directions are on the package!What I like about these is they are sturdy and don't tear easily even when wet. Have always folded over the crimp for years and have never, yes never experienced a filter dropping out.I mix blends of coffee, different size grounds and add at different times of the pour and often use a spoon to stir to generate the nice creamy head where the flavor. These stand up to the spoon and haven't failed yet.They #6 are oversized enough to protrude over the top of a normal large pour over container and can make about 4-5 cups of coffee with two pours.The price for unbleached paper filters was great for the quantity, which made this a must for us to purchase in quantity since we're always going to need them. Buy a bunch at a time, you won't regret it.If you see a review saying they fail, they are doing it wrong.

Hasta ahora muy buena compra, resistentes. Los tengo que recortar pero funcionan bien.

El precio es adecuado y el material tiene la ventaja que es ecológico. La forma es universal, por lo que hay que hacer algunas maniobras para la cafetera que uso. Pero sin problema.
