I've purchased HSU accessories accessories for my GoPro in the past, and have always been impressed with their quality. They are such a step up from the standard plastic crap found in many accessories. I feel much safer using a high quality machined aluminum accessory like the ones I have from HSU.This particular mount is very handy since it can be rotated 360 degrees. I'm finding it useful for both my GoPro cameras and my Insta360. It's very convenient to have that extra level of adjustment when mounting action cams.Overall, I'm impressed with this little adapter specifically and continue to be impressed with HSU accessories in general.

This little ball head is perfect for whenever you need to have 360º of freedom with anything that has a standard 1/4" - 20 thread. It fit perfectly in the hot shoe mount of my sony DSLR and opens up the possibilities for extra accessories I can attach to my camera - starting with a high-quality sound recorder.You can also remove the cold-shoe mount exposing another 1/4" standard thread hole that can be used to mount this on the top of light stands or adapted to the top of a tripod.The ball itself is very strong, and the lever (which seems to also be made of solid aluminum) allows just a quick half turn to lock or release the ball. I found it more than capable of holding more than 5 lbs.This is a great little ball head!
