Got it at the end of May and the product was doing great, easy to connect and very responsive. Last week the entire remote just stopped working. At first the screen froze and after restarting it by pulling out the batteries it won’t connect anymore. I would say you get what you paid for but it doesn’t work

I needed a replacement for my old A/C this one works great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the setup didn't work for me as simple as the instructions say. It took me a little bit and had to play around with the remote to finally program it. Other than that it gets the job done.

I was about to throw a window a/c unit out until I came across this magnificent creation! Paired easily to the unit and filled my house with cold goodness. And at night it has a flashlight built in. Kinda handy to have as well

Lost the original remote control unit after moving house. Saw this one, read the reviews, and it was cheap enough so thought I'd try it. Took a little bit of fiddling about to set it up (the 4 star rating reflects this, though it was probably more my own fault than the unit's), but it works flawlessly. Now my Haier a/c unit is back in normal operation, whereas without the remote it is unusable. A good purchase.
