ENVIO RAPIDO, parece nueva, todo excelente. De momento sin ninguna traba. lo recomiendo, solamente que a pesar de ser reacondicionada el cargador si que traia mucho polvo.

This laptop came to me NOT factory reset. It still had the former owners sign in screen needing a password instead of the normal setup screen.. I went into recovery mode via F11to do a total format but instead it popped up with an error. "Needs repair. Device missing components. Return to manufacturer for repairs". The manufacturer is HP which I love. However this is not their mistake. I have NEVER ordered a refurbished anything before and I NEVER will again. What a joke.

هيكل الاب ضعيف جدا وكنت اريد استبدال المنتج لوجود عطل فيه خدمه العملاء لا يوجد استبدال لانه من الإمارات والمنتج كان غير موجود في صفحتي سابقا ولاكن الان موجود لذالك قمت بالشكوه انه منتج غير جيد

This laptop came in like new condition, no hints of wear in any way. Windows was activated already, no fuss. Updates took a while, but that was to be expected. I’ve had some issues getting it to read the finger print scanner (that I didn’t even know it had when I bought it, so not much of a loss )It’s a quick, functional, laptop an absolutely worth the value.

Probably Useful does get the work done depends on what you need it for , It does get most of work done though it’s outdated but that doesn’t matter.
