La computadora no se escucha en absoluto, ya que no creo conseguir nada mejor por el precio, que en sus demas apartados me ha funcionado al 100 porciento, y que pude solucionarlo conectandola a una bocina pequeña decidi quedarmela, viniendo de un celeron n3060 me resulta de verdad increible.

Good battery. Touchpad on the bottom left section where it gets a lot of use requires extra pressure or multiple taps on occasion, that's the only minor glitch on my particular unit. On the other hand I had ordered the smaller less expensive SSD drive and received one with the larger more expensive SSD drive. All in all I'm quite pleased. Mine came in slightly under $250 shipped. That is some outstanding value right there.

En los días en que la he usado me ha resultado excelente. La uso para trabajar, principalmente usando apps de office y cumple perfectamente con su cometido. Archivos muy pesados los trabaja sin probema, su procesador resulta muy eficiente. Todas las apps que le he cargado han funcionado de muy buena forma. Estoy realmente satisfecho con mi compra.

I really haven’t had much issues. If I play games it overheats but nothing a fan stand can’t fit. It’s worked great, isn’t slow at all. Is exactly what I needed.

El producto llegó antes de tiempo y en buenas condiciones y con las características ofrecidas, lo estoy probando, pero al parecer todo resultará muy bien.

Está Lap es genial en todos los aspectos, hardware y software, rápida y hermosa de tamaño perfecto con video fhd teclado iluminado, trabaja muy bien.

Very good laptop but I had yo replace the keyboard after a month. Don't buy HP, the replacement of the keyboard was a pain, as hard as changing on a Mac, designed to makes it hard to give service.

Llegó en formidables condiciones, no tiene fallas. Tenía miedo, pero es igual a comprar una computadora nueva. Es hermosa y trabaja de manera extraordinariamente eficiente.

Powerful, ultra portable notebook with one flaw.Pros:- Powerful processor- The speakers are surprisingly good. Make sure to go into the HP Audio Control app and enable the equalizer and balance out the base so it doesn't sound tinny.- Integrated ATI video performs well even in mid range 3D video games.- The laptop arrived in mint condition and well packaged. Looks brand new. Koodos to the seller.- Came with Windows 10 Pro and you can upgrade to Windows 11 for free.- Fast solid state drive.- Super light weight and portable.- Nice long power cord (about 6 feet long)Cons:- The software for controlling the video card from ATI is confusing for novices.- The display generally looks great, but it can't reproduces red colors well at all. You will mostly not notice this unless you need color matching. Adjusting the ATI settings to compensate is impossible since it is a screen quality issue.- The screen does not get bright enough to use outside in sunlight.Overall, this is a great laptop at a super price. Highly recommend as long as you don't need perfect color representation.

On the plus side, very well packaged. I dont think it was ever used, there is not a mark on it and the feet are not even scuffed. Window opened with "Lets get started, choose your language". I picked this one because I wanted a minimum 16 MB ram and lots of HD. The selling point though was the processor, very powerful for a laptop in this category - you can get better but you will be into 4 figures. It performs as i would expect so far. I even loaded WOW and it plays without a hitch, pretty god for a laptop with integrated graphics. Now for the one little issue I had. It would NOT work with an external monitor. Would not recognize one and gave a message that it could not use and external monitor "try a different video card or reload the divers". A different video card was not possible. I reloaded the driver and no good. I tried the built in windows tool to find a better driver, and it was useless as they always are. It did show the driver loaded on the adapter was from 2006 !! Holy crap, 17 years old? I was about to re-pack and send it back to Amazon when I decided to try one of those free driver updaters. It found a new driver from 2023, loaded it and bingo - it worked. A 17 year old driver....I was about to give 4 stars just for that but the 3rd party driver updaters are out there and easy to use so if you need to, go that route. Yes it is small and light and some call that "flimsy" but small and light is what I wanted.

Me tardo un poco en llegar pero llegó después de un tiempo la laptop está casi perfecta solo uno que otro rayón no muy importante se ve muy bien aunque busque cosas malas no las encontré solo en el cargador que está sucio y un poco roto se ve que era muy usado pero tengo otro y ese es el que ocupo y todo bien, las temperaturas son decentes 40 grados en Youtube y 60 a 70 en juegos basicos como Albion online y valorant no e medido los FPS pero si son más de 60 que son los mismos que la pantalla, la pantalla está muy bien eso me sorprendió parece nueva y se ve muy bien muy decente para el precio que fue 6550 pesos mexicanos. Si la quieren comprar la recomiendo mucho si solo van a jugar cosas básicas o ofimática como trabajos de escuela
