Did not work when it came in. Even Refurbished, you would think they would have put some kind of package protection in the box. There was none. Came in a week and a half late and then made the most hideous grinding noise and would not do anything. Could have been shipping damage or could have just not been refurbished properly. For $500 I expected better.

Print quality terrible. But this my second attempt to get an HP all in one that is compatible with my computer/operating system and can’t find one in the stores.

The printer arrived and the box had been opened and resealed, It doesn't power up and I even went and purchased a new power cord and still no power. The printer in the discription when I purchased it said refurbished, well its used from 2018 I believe it probably missed the repair department before I paid over 600.00 for it and they shipped it out. When I tried to return or exchange it said there was a problem and to try back. I love amazon but not with this item
