Excelente servicio por parte del vendedo. Llegó en menos de una semana. La caja llegs en su empaque original, pero afortunadamente la paquetería no lo maltrató mucho. El papel es de buena calidad y por el costo es una muy buena compra.

For the price, this is good quality paper for day to day printing. The box has easy side-access that is very convenient and well-designed. I like that I don't have to keep opening up paper-wrapped reams. What you have to watch is the delivery. I have ordered this box a number of times, and sometimes the delivery service has been less than kind to the box. Admittedly, it is a heavy item. But that doesn't mean they can toss the box around. My advice -- When the box arrives, give it a quick visual inspection. Particularly for dents and cuts in the box. Make sure they don't damage the paper inside. The paper is what I expected and is the same as what you would get in any store that sell's HP Paper of this thickness and brightness. I use this thickness of paper heavily and for just about everything except resumes. I've bought paper of this thickness and brightness before for drafts of artwork. Business letter's are fine with this too unless you are planning to use some kind of stamp embossing. This is such a smart idea. It gives me just as much paper without the bulk. I like this paper but the packaging was really bad. Read all the bad reviews for this product because most of them are true. For how much money I spent on this, I expected better.... I'm still giving this 5 stars because most of the paper is still good.

I don't understand the bad reviews for Discount Office Supplies. Yes, they made a price listing error--however, I think that they made good for anybody that simply called them on their toll free number. By this, I mean CREDIT you back the FULL PRICE PAID, including shipping, and let them you keep the ream (or reams) of paper! Plus, be very nice about it (even suggest this option themselves)!Anybody that thinks Discount Office Suppies should "honor" the price-listing error, costing themselves a big loss (selling cases of paper for more than it costs to ship them), should GET REAL!I will not hesitate to order from them again, for sure...I know that they do consider customers important!
